When a buyer is interested in a listing, they submit an inquiry. We review the inquiry and, if it's a serious match, we introduce both parties. Both sides remain confidential until mutual interest is confirmed.
Both parties exchange information for verification. For businesses: financials, contracts, and operations. For shells: company records, annual returns, and incorporation documents. For licenses: validity, compliance history, and transfer requirements.
Buyer and seller negotiate final terms. We facilitate the discussion but don't set the price. Once agreed, a formal Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is drafted.
Shell Companies: Share transfer filed with Companies Registry — typically 3-5 business days.
